BRATWURST!
And although it always pains me a teeny bit inside every time I do it, the brats have been boiled in Guinness and sliced onion before they were thrown on the grill. Even though it’s for a good cause, I always think, “There goes an entire bottle of something I could have been drinking.”

We’re having brats for Father’s Day. My house. I think I need a bigger table. *groan* Oh well…we can’t always eat at your Aunt’s place.

Guinness for boiling brats? I always go with the cheapo stuff… but I’m betting that it tastes most good…
