The story in a nutshell:
Guy’s neighborhood goes HOA and requires him to pay to park on the street.
Guy pays for the pass, only he forgets to display it before parking on said street.
Guy’s car gets booted.
Guy puts dollies under his car and wheels it into his garage.
The waiting game begins.

Damn… what a great way to waste a morning! Some of that stuff is hilarious, and I didn’t even make it all the way to the end.
I will say the nose hair and poor billybuglin and his breadbag boots had me busting up, along with Angle Grinder Man…
