I’m always trying new games.  Probably because I’m trying to recapture that squee feeling I used to get while playing Ultima Online way back in the day, and I’ve yet to find it.

Spore ended up being a little bit easier than I thought it would be and I beat it not long after I got it.    I keep thinking that it would be an absolute blast if they would make it into a MMORPG, but m’eh.

Was playing FlyFF for a while, but it’s started to make me feel old.  Everyone in the gameworld is about 15 and while they’re all, “brb, mom says it’s time for dinner”, I’m all, “bbl, I gotta make dinner for my husband and daughter.”

*facepalm*

I suppose I could give WoW another shot, but I don’t feel like paying a monthly fee.  Today I found Perfect World and I’m going to give it a try.  Anyone else played it?  I feel like either I’m behind the times or else they’re coming out with new games faster than I can keep up or keep track.

Anyway, while that’s downloading I’m off to do some more laundry.  I keep putting Shake’s laundry above mine on the priority list so while she’s always dressed immaculately in sweet little jumpers and dresses, I’m bumming around in pajamas blotched with baby food and, most recently, snot.  Yay for snotty kisses!!
